This is an oil painting. The rocks beside the creek were painted with a knife and seemed to take forever to dry!

I have only done one or two other paintings involving people eating. The waitress looks a bit sullen, I think.

Old painting, style of Old Masters
I was experimenting with oil paint and trying to create a landscape “like the old masters” when I painted this. Not sure I succeeded, but I had fun trying.
