Fall Color

This painting should have been published in my blog last fall, but somehow got “lost” in my messy studio! Once I found it, I wanted to go ahead and show it in my June blog, before it runs off again! Segla

This beautiful German Shepherd is named Segla after a place in Norway visited by her two owners. Segla is painted on her blue cushion bed on her owner’s deck. For more information and to see other pet portraits, click here.

Ginger Cat

This pet portrait of a cat named Ginger belongs to a young woman in Heber Springs, Arkansas, who worked to earn the money for her painting! To see more pet portraits, you can go to my online gallery by clicking here.

Pitcher and Peaches

I like the shape of this pitcher but it is not handmade. The challenge here was to see if I could paint a shiny white porcelain pitcher but make it show up well on a white table cloth! For more information, click here.
