Buzzard

8.31.2019-002 (Large)

Are you looking for the perfect Halloween painting to add to your collection?  Consider my latest offering from my subconscious, “Buzzard.” At the top, notice the keys and chain attached to a post.  A line of hooded figures progresses up the painting to the ruins of one city and across on the right hand side another city smokes  in its devastation.  The turkey buzzard is high up, looking down from its perch of twisted wires, branches and what looks like shattered plumbing.  (Deb, if you are still looking at my blog, tell me what is going on in my dream world!!)  All comments are appreciated and read, and if anyone is interested in finding out more about this painting, click here.

Church

This painting is a mystical version of a country church.  The more you stare at it, the more it grows on you!  It is on 12 x 12 gallery wrap canvas.  No frame is needed.  For more information, click here.

A Perfect Day

11.29.2018-001 (Medium)

An interesting house with a faded roof next to a barn caught my eye on a trip to Maynard, Arkansas.  I loved the way the road and grass melted together and red clover bloomed in several places.  This small oil painting is on canvas panel and will look great in a wooden frame.  Why don’t you collect it and begin or add to your art collection?  For information on doing this, click here.

Old Little Rock, Arkansas

#5 Old Little Rock 16x20 (sold)

An old postcard provided some of the reference features for this painting.  Right now I can’t remember the name of the painted building but will try to find the reference and tell what it is in a later post!  This painting is 16 x 20.
